By engaging with Seimbang Delivery, you enter into a partnership focused on premium nutrition and consistent logistics. These terms protect the integrity of our culinary standards and ensure a seamless experience from our kitchen to your door.

01. Subscription & Plans

Through our platform, you may order healthy meals through various recurring subscription tiers. Our meal kit service is designed for individuals seeking precision-targeted daily nutrition.

All active subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment period as defined at the point of purchase. By creating an account with Seimbang Delivery, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and reside within our active service radius in Indonesia.

Subscription modifications, including pauses or dietary preference changes, must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled production cycle to ensure our chefs can adjust your calorie-controlled set meals accurately.

02. Logistics & Delivery

Our diet menu with delivery is optimized for freshness. We deliver to the address specified in your profile at approximately 08:00 – 20:00, Monday through Saturday. It is your responsibility to ensure access to the delivery location (e.g., building security clearance or gate codes).

Seimbang Delivery is not responsible for food quality degradation if the delivery is left unattended for more than 30 minutes after the verified drop-off time. Due to the perishable nature of our balanced daily menu, we cannot offer redelivery for missed windows where the driver followed all provided instructions.

03. Nutritional Standards

We provide a healthy meal delivery service based on calculated nutritional estimates. While we adhere to rigorous Nutritional Standards, actual macro and calorie counts may vary slightly based on seasonal ingredient sizing and natural variations in raw produce.

Seimbang Delivery is a lifestyle nutrition provider, not a medical institution. Our calorie-controlled set meals are crafted for general wellness. Clients with severe allergies must disclose them during onboarding; however, we operate a shared kitchen environment and cannot certify 100% absence of cross-contamination for airborne allergens.

04. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed upfront via Indonesian bank transfer or credit card. Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled through the client portal.

Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke preparation of our meal kit service, refunds are generally not granted for change-of-mind. If you receive a damaged or incorrect meal, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a credit toward your next billing cycle.

05. Digital Conduct

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Seimbang Delivery platform or culinary intellectual property. We reserve the right to terminate service for any user who engages in fraudulent billing practices or displays abusive behavior toward our delivery staff or customer care team.
